The SGIM One-on-One Mentoring Program allows SGIM25 registrants to connect with a mentor or mentee based on shared interests and career paths. Matched participants are encouraged to communicate before the meeting and schedule an onsite meetup in Hollywood, FL. This program is an excellent opportunity to network, seek career advice, or gain valuable feedback on your presentation.

WAMC Career Advising Program

The WAMC Career Advising Program (CAP) is a longitudinal sponsorship initiative designed to help junior and mid-career women faculty advance academically. Participants are paired with senior "Career Sponsors" (Associate or Full Professors) who provide tailored support in areas such as CV preparation, committee membership, and relationship-building strategies for career advancement.
