Student/Trainee Rate

A dedicated room block for students and trainees at a discounted rate exclusively at the DoubleTree by Hilton.

Tuesday – Thursday: $202 per night ($190 + $12 tax)

Friday – Saturday: $219 per night ($206 + $13 tax)

Room Block Policies

  • Limit of one room per person within the SGIM25 room block
  • A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking
  • Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the first night's deposit

Travel Planning Key Dates

  • Pre-courses and career development courses will be held on Wednesday, May 14.
  • SGIM25 begins on Wednesday, May 14, with an evening poster session and welcome reception. The final sessions of the conference conclude Saturday, May 17, at Noon.
  • Visit the Expo & Career Fair from May 14-16.
