GIM fellowships develop future leaders in clinical research, education, health policy, and public health. This pre-course fosters networking and collaboration among GIM fellows, providing valuable insights and feedback on their current work.

  • Panel Discussions: GIM Chiefs and former fellows share expertise.
  • Interactive Breakouts: Covering topics like building mentorship teams, negotiating academic jobs, transitioning from fellow to faculty, and engaging in team science.
  • Speed Networking: Connect with peers and faculty.

The pre-course concludes with a networking reception and a discussion on how SGIM can support fellows’ success.
