Room Block Policies

  • Limit of one room per person within the SGIM26 room block
  • A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking
  • Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the first night's deposit

  • Pre-courses and career development courses will be held on Wednesday, May 6.
  • SGIM26 begins on Wednesday, May 6, with an evening poster session and welcome reception. The final sessions of the conference conclude Saturday, May 9, at Noon.

Area Airports

Traveling to the SGIM26 Annual Meeting in National Harbor is simple, with three major airports nearby. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest—just 8 miles away—offering quick and easy access to National Harbor.
